Why the build is free
A conventional agency charges thousands upfront because it carries the risk of you disliking the result. We carry that risk instead. We build the site first, you judge the finished thing, and the subscription pays for the build over time. If the design does not win you over, we lose, not you.
That only works if the site keeps earning its place. So the monthly price includes hosting, SSL, a batched change pass and a monthly optimisation pass on content, technical SEO and conversion. We build it free and only win when you stay. That’s the deal.
£8,000 of build is included from day one. On Rental we own the site while you rent it and you can buy out at a fixed £5,000 whenever you like. On Rent-to-Own it becomes yours in about two years. Regional and National plans are owned by you from the start.
Everything we commit to is written down, not implied. What each plan includes, what you own and when, and how you cancel are all set out in plain English in ourterms of service, and how we handle the details you send us is in our privacy policy. No small print that contradicts the big print.

Publish the price
Every price is on the pricing page. No "starting from", no discovery call to find out what you can afford.
Do the work first
We build before you pay, because a finished website is a better argument than a portfolio and a pitch.
Never blur free build with free ownership
The build is free. Ownership is a separate, clearly priced thing. Both are stated on every relevant page.
Batch the changes
One batched pass per cycle is what lets one price cover unlimited requests. It also keeps the work good.
Refuse the wrong fit
We say no more than yes. A client who wants to fiddle daily will be unhappy here, and so will we.
Report what actually happened
One page a month, plain English, including the months where a number went the wrong way.
