Free build never means free ownership
The build costs you nothing and the subscription pays for it over time. On Rental we own the site while you rent it, and you can buy out at a fixed £5,000 whenever you like. On Rent-to-Own it becomes yours in about two years. Regional and National plans are owned by you from day one. We put that here rather than in clause 14.

What exactly do I get in three days?+
A working homepage and service page mockup of your new website: real design, real copy, viewable in your browser. Not a slide deck and not a template with your logo dropped on it.
What happens if I say no?+
Nothing. You owe nothing, there is no subscription to cancel and we do not chase you. We build free because we only win when you stay. That is the deal.
What if my business is not a good fit?+
We will tell you during the form or straight after. If you log into your website every week, we are genuinely not for you, and we would rather say so before we build anything.
Do I need a domain already?+
No. If you have one, we rebuild against it so you can compare old and new. If you do not, we start from your business and area.
