Who owns what, and when
On Rental, we own the site and you rent it. That is why it costs £300 instead of £5,000 plus £99 a month. Leave and the site comes down. On Rent-to-Own, every extra pound above the Rental rate is credited toward ownership, and nothing you pay toward ownership ever evaporates. After roughly two years, the site, the code and the content are yours. On Rental you can also buy out at a fixed £5,000 whenever you like; anything already in your credit ledger comes off that number.

What every plan includes
How changes work
Send change requests whenever you like; we batch them and ship them in one pass. Monthly on Local, fortnightly on Regional, weekly on National. Larger pieces of work, like a new section of the site, are quoted plainly before we start.
This suits owners who want changes handled, not owners who want to fiddle. If you want to log in and move things around yourself, we are not your agency.

Money and ownership, answered
Why is Rental only £300 a month?+
Because you never own the site. We keep ownership, you rent a finished, optimised website with everything included. If you want ownership, choose Rent-to-Own at £500 a month, or buy out for a fixed £5,000 at any time.
What happens to the money I pay on Rent-to-Own?+
Every extra pound above the £300 Rental rate is credited toward ownership. Nothing you pay toward ownership ever evaporates. After roughly two years the site, code and content are yours outright.
What happens if I cancel on Rental?+
The site comes down. We host everything, so leaving means the website stops. That is the honest trade-off for £0 upfront. We would rather you know that now than find it in clause 14.
Can I switch from Rental to Rent-to-Own later?+
Yes, at any billing date. Your ownership clock starts from the switch, and any buyout credit you have already accrued carries over.
Is there a setup fee or any hidden cost?+
No. £0 upfront on every plan. The monthly price covers the build, all content, hosting, SSL and monthly optimisation. Paid ad spend, if you ever want it, is the only thing that would sit outside.
How do change requests work?+
