Both start at £0 upfront and both include everything. The only real difference is who owns the site at the end of it. Rental is £300 a month, Rent-to-Own is £500 a month, and £200 of that difference accrues as credit toward ownership.

How does a pay monthly website work?+
You pay nothing upfront. We design and build a working mockup free, and if you approve it we build the complete site, write every page, wire in the SEO and host it. From then you pay one monthly subscription from £300 that covers the build, hosting and a monthly optimisation pass. There is no loan and no credit agreement.
How much is a pay monthly website?+
Local is £300 a month on Rental or £500 a month on Rent-to-Own. Regional is £1,500 a month and National starts at £2,500 a month, both with the site owned by you from day one. Every plan is £0 upfront and includes design, content, SEO and hosting.
Do I own the website on a monthly plan?+
On Rental at £300 a month we own the site and you rent it, with a fixed £5,000 buyout available at any time. On Rent-to-Own at £500 a month, £200 a month accrues as credit and the site becomes yours in about two years. Regional and National plans are owned by you from the start.
Is this finance or a credit agreement?+
No. There is no lender, no credit check, no interest and no fixed term to default on. It is a rolling service subscription. If you stop paying, the service stops; nothing goes to a credit file.
What happens if I cancel?+
On Rental the site comes down and the domain stays yours. On Rent-to-Own the credit you have built is held rather than lost, so you can resume later or pay the remaining balance and take ownership.
Is pay monthly more expensive in the long run?+
On a straight build-only comparison, eventually yes. But an upfront build is not a like for like: the monthly price also includes the content, the SEO work, the hosting and an optimisation pass every month. Compared with an agency build plus a retainer, it is usually cheaper from year one.
Can I pay for the site outright instead?+
Yes. You can buy out of Rental for a fixed £5,000 at any point, or pay the remaining balance on Rent-to-Own. We do not sell an upfront build as a starting option, because the free mockup only works if we carry the cost first.
